Once you have placed an order you will receive an email informing you of your purchase, as soon as your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a final email letting you know that your goods are on its way.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in an unused and saleable condition within 28 days of . We will issue a refund on receipt of return once the goods have been inspected. We try to ensure your refund is issued quickly, but on occasion it may take up to 28 days for your return to be processed, and a further 2-5 working days for the refund to be processed by your original payment method.
